Alpha-Omega Services, Inc. wishes to inform the NRC that we intend to formally submit a revised Safety Analysis Report and request an amendment to Certificate of Compliance 9316 rev 11 for the Model AOS-025, AOS-050, and AOS-100 Transport Packages in early August 2023. Th e scope of the amendment request is to update the Containment System bolting analysis in Chapter 4.
