Descriotion of Occurrence On September 15, 1988, a work clearance was issued to allow removal of Pressure Control Valve PCV-70022 for maintenance. PCV-70022 provides pressure control for the Post Accident Sampling System dilution / flush water from the Miscellaneous Water Holdup Tank T-993. To isolate PCV-70022 clearance tags were placed on additional vgives which disabled the flow path for the backup dilution / flush water from Chilled Hater Tank T-496. Without a source of       -

Corrective Action Taken On September 30. 1988, backup dilution / flush water capability from T-496 was restored to return the system to operable status. Restoration of the normal dilution / flush water capability from T-993 will be accomplished on receipt of parts for rework of PCV-70022.
