Descripcion of Occurrence: At approximately 1300 hours on July 8, 1977, station personnel labeling and inspecting hydraulic snubbers found an empty remote hydrau-lic fluid reservoir for the two (2) hydraulic snubbers (I.D. No. GC3-7-H4) on the Decay Heat System normal cooldown line. These snubbers dampen dynamic pipe movements which could. occur in a seismic occurrence to protect the piping. This placed the station in the Action Statement of Technical Specification 3.7.7.1.

Descripcion of Occurrence: At approximately 1300 hours0.015 days <br />0.361 hours <br />0.00215 weeks <br />4.9465e-4 months <br /> on July 8, 1977, station personnel labeling and inspecting hydraulic snubbers found an empty remote hydrau-lic fluid reservoir for the two (2) hydraulic snubbers (I.D. No. GC3-7-H4) on the Decay Heat System normal cooldown line. These snubbers dampen dynamic pipe movements which could. occur in a seismic occurrence to protect the piping. This placed the station in the Action Statement of Technical Specification 3.7.7.1.
