==Dear Mr. Omid Tabatabai-Yazdi:==

Please consider this letter as a public comment in support of Nuclear Development, LLC's (ND's) 13 NOV 19 application for NRC approval of the direct transfer of construction permits Nos. CPPR-122 and CPPR-123, for Bellefonte Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, from the current holder, Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), to ND.
The Bellefonte Nuclear Plant has existed as a two-unit, partially completed commercial nuclear power generation plant for decades. ND has clearly assembled a team of nuclear-pedigreed companies and derived a plausible plan to complete both units with particular attention to nuclear safety regulations, protocols, and procedures. Completing this plant and generating electrical power is in the interest of the public because:
: 1. The increase of base-load power availability,
: 2. Potential support of U.S. national security interests and facilities, https://www.fdms.gov/fdms/getcontent?objectId=09000064841fa9d8&format=xml&showorig=false                        12/10/2019

: 3. Economic benefits to the local and regional communities, and
: 4. Development of a skilled and competent workforce.
The time to complete Bellefonte is now. ND and its team are more than capable and qualified to complete the plant in accordance with 10 CFR.
Sincerely,
    /s/

Dear Mr. Omid Tabatabai-Yazdi:

1. The increase of base-load power availability,

3. Economic benefits to the local and regional communities, and
4. Development of a skilled and competent workforce.

The time to complete Bellefonte is now. ND and its team are more than capable and qualified to complete the plant in accordance with 10 CFR.

Sincerely,
