2.0   ENTRY CONDITIONS This procedure is entered from EP-4 (Level Restoration) when all of the following conditions pecuring simultaneously:
2 1.0 ' PURPOSE The purpose of this procedure is to cool the reactor core with stea.g sufficiently to maintain peak cladding temperature (PCT) below 2200 F.
