Acceptance Review of LAR for CO-60 This e-mail is to inform Exelon that the NRC has formally accepted the Clinton Power Station (CPS) license amendment request (LAR) titled, License Amendment Request to Modify Clinton Power Station Facility Operating License in Support of the Use of Isotope Test Assemblies, dated June 26, 2009 for NRC review (ADAMS Accession No. ML091801061 -

TAC # ME1643). The NRC reviewers have found the LAR acceptable for review under the LIC-109 process. However, this acceptance does not necessarily mean the NRC staff will not need additional information, once we become involved in the detailed review.
