Units 1,2, and 3 Holophane and Exide Emergency Lighting Unit Availability File: 92-070-026 The referenced letter provided the NRC with a summary of information contained in calculations 13-NC-QD-200 and 13-NC-QD-201. The letter stated, "Eight-hour discharge testing from June 1, 1990, through November 30, 1991, was performed satisfactorily with'nly.

one exception."

This sentence should read

"... only two exceptions."

The first exception, which was inadvertently omitted in the February 7th summary, consisted of the July 25, 1990, failure of 2EQDNF02. The availability numbers in the referenced letter and its attached calculations included these two failures and were correct.
