The turtle was emaciated with no visible signs of injury. The condition of the turtle indicatesthat the death was recent. Therefore, the lethal take is most likely attributed to plant operations. Anecropsy will be performed and, if it is determined that the take is not attributed to plant operations, an update to this notification will be made.
