- consumers Power company General Offices: 1945 West Parnall Road, Jackson, Ml 49201 * (517) 788-0550 February 25, 1982 James G Keppler, Administrator Region III US Nuclear Regulatory Commission 799 Roosevelt Road Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 DOCKET 50-255 -LICENSE DPR-20 -* / _____ __... .. / PALISADES PLANT -SMALL-SCALE EMERGENCY EXERCISE SCENARIO PRINCIPAL STAFF February 23, 1982 Consumers Power Company conducted a Small-Scale Emergency Exercise for the Palisades Plant. This exercise involved the participation of off-site authorities and thus required coordination with the appropriate agencies.
The scenarios, detailing the ex.ercise from a standpoint internal to the Licensee and also detailing the coordination between all agencies are attached for formal documentation.
These scenarios were submitted informally, before the exercise was conducted, in response to the request from W Axelson of the NRC Staff at Region III.
