(DIABLO CANYON ISFSI), DOCKET NO. 72-26-ISFSI, SAN LUIS OBISPO MOTHERS FOR PEACE'S CONTENTIONS AND REQUEST FOR HEARING RE DIABLO CANYON ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT SUPPLEMENT The Commission approved a Memo randum and Order re sponding to the admissibility of contentions raised by the San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace in the Diablo Canyon independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI) proceeding. The Memorandum and Order admits Contentions 1(b), and 2 in part, declines to admit Contentions 1(a), 3, 4, and 5, and sets a procedural schedule. Commissioner Jaczko dissented in part because he would have also admitted contention 3. Commissioner Lyons dissented in part because he would have rejected contention 2.
