Attached to the letter were 37 individual RAI's.In addition to those RAI's the NSC owes the NRC responses to Questions 3 and 4 of financial RAI's submitted November 13, 2009. The following is the NSC's projected completion date for the remaining 39 RAI's.With the exception of Financial RAI 4 and Non-Financial RAI's 1 and 3, the remaining 36 RAI's should be forwarded to the Document Control Center on or before August 31, 2010. It is our best estimation that non-financial RAI 3 will be submitted on or before October 1, while non-financial RAI 1 and financial RAl 4 submitted on or before November 1. We will make every attempt to complete these prior to this time frame. If you have any questions, please contact me at 979-845-7551.

Texas A&M University System, Texas Engineering Experiment Station, Nuclear Science Center Reactor (NSCR, License No. R-83, Docket 50-128) - Status of RAI's and Completion Timeline To Whom It May Concern:

On June 24, 2010 the Texas A&M University System, Texas Engineering Experiment Station (TEES), Nuclear Science Center (NSC, License No. R-83) received a letter from the NRC titled "Request for Additional Information Regarding the Nuclear Science Center Reactor License Renewal". Attached to the letter were 37 individual RAI's.

In addition to those RAI's the NSC owes the NRC responses to Questions 3 and 4 of financial RAI's submitted November 13, 2009. The following is the NSC's projected completion date for the remaining 39 RAI's.

With the exception of Financial RAI 4 and Non-Financial RAI's 1 and 3, the remaining 36 RAI's should be forwarded to the Document Control Center on or before August 31, 2010.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on August 16, 2010.
