Friends of the Coast and New England Coalition (Friends/NEC), intervenors in the above captioned matter hereby provide a Correction to our September 21, 2012 motion seeking leave to file a Supplement to Friends/NEC proposed new contention regarding the NextEra Energy Seabrook License Renewal Application Structures Monitoring Program Supplement-Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) Monitoring.
Friends/NEC has been informed via E-mail from the Adjudications Staff that in our electronic filing, Friends/NEC inadvertently filed an additional copy of its Exhibit Three, a NRC Staff request for additional information, in place of what was intended to be Exhibit Two, an NRC special inspection team charter.
Friends/NEC is now providing the NRC special inspection team charter as Exhibit Two (Corrected)
Friends/NEC regrets any inconvenience or confusion caused the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and the parties resulting from either the erroneous substitution or this correction.
