Tittle 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 30.32(i) requires NRC applicants/licensees with licensed material exceeding the quantities listed in 10 CFR 30.72 to provide an emergency plan. Based on the licensed material that you requested, it appears that you meet the criteria in 10 CFR 30.32(i) and must provide an emergency plan. | |||
Please provide an emergency plan in accordance with 10 CFR 30.32(i) or consider reducing your licensed material to below the threshold discussed above and confirm that Niowave will ensure the licensed material be maintained below the threshold to establish the emergency plan required in 10 CFR 30.32(i). | |||

This refers to the license amendment application dated February 3, 2021 for Niowave, Inc.,
NRC License No. 21-35144-04. We reviewed the application in accordance with the NRC policy and guidance and will need the following.
