This refers to the open rnanagement meeting that was conducted at your request at the Region ll officn 2.n Atlanta, Georgia on April 14,1999. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss recent Crystal River 3 plant performance. A list of attendees and a copy of your presentation handout are enclosed. It is our opinion that the meeting was informative and provided a candid assessment of Crystal River performance.
