Accidents I have reviewed the Licensee's analysis provided by Mr. Dignan and I am reminded of a story told by one of my law school professors in an exam seminar.                                                            It seems that our hero was i
studying for a biology exam and every exam in recorded history i                    had a question asking students to explain the inner workings of a snake. Hpwever, when he opened his exam, there was no " snake" question.                        Finally, he came to a question about an elephant.
1                  After some thought, he was stuck with an inspired thought. He wrote "An elephant is a very large animal with a nose like a i                    snake.                  Now a snake ......                                  " and proceeded to describe a snake.
