Great Bay has proposed a corporate restructuring that will result in Great Bay becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of a new corporate entity, Great Bay i

Holdings. Corporation.. The Commission has concluded that Great Bay would i

remain qualified to be the holder of the license after the restructuring and that the transfer is otherwise consistent with applicable provisions of law,
