'It OPERATItFJ LICEtM Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the Regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Niagara Mohawk Pover Corporation, holder of Facility Operating License No. NPF-69 hereby requests t:.at Section 3/4.9.6 as set forth in Appendix A to that License be amended. The proposed change has been resteved in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Technical Specifications. | |||
The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is set forth in Attachment A to this application. The change is to increase the Refueling Platform main and auxilfary hoist uptravel stops (limits) from 7 feet 9 3/4 inches to 7 feet 3 3/4 inches (measured from the Fuel Grapple hook to the bottom of the platform rails). This change vill allow fuel bundles to be raised up to six (6) inches higher than currently allowed. | The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is set forth in Attachment A to this application.
