2) Letter from C. W. Giesler to S. A. Varga dated April 29, 1983 Reference 1 stated our intentions to re-initiate our program to respond to IE Bulletin 80-11 and contained the comitment date of January 1,1984 for the transmittal of a final report.

In Reference 2 we commited to a non-destructive examination of safety related masonry walls to verify proper installation. The non-destructive examination has taken more time than anticipated, therefore, we must revise our response date for transmittal of our report to February 1, 1984.
