Outside of Scope Significant TS/ Issues:

The licensee performed a boroscope inspection of the internal portions of the pipe and identified at least one location that is leaking. The guided at obtaining meaningful results. The licensee is wave UT was unsuccessful attempting. to perform a different 'type 'of' UT in order to characterize the flaw as input into their PDO (prompt determination of operability) The licensee is not planning on performing a weld repair of the flaw, rather a modification is being planned to install a new discharge line for the U2

-portion of piping.. This mod-will consume most (if not all) of the 45-day maintenance AOT. SSF is currently inop:for all three units for siesmic whtn the discharge line was 'cut'.
