Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.309, these responses are due tomorrow, August 25; and SLOMFP' reply is due on September 1. SLOMFP requests an extension of time to file its reply until September 14, due to an unexpected and serious illness in undersigned counsel's immediate family, which requires her full attention for an uncertain period. SLOMFP does not have other counsel to prepare the reply.      Counsel for SLOMFP has been authorized to state that PG&E and the NRC Staff do not oppose this motion.
