UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION BEFORE THE COMMISSION In the matter of Pacific Gas and Electric Company Docket Nos. 50-275-LR Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant 50-323-LR Units 1 and 2 SAN LUIS OBISPO MOTHERS FOR PEACES UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PETITION FOR REVIEW Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323, San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace (SLOMFP) seeks an extension of time to file a petition for review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Memorandum and Order (Denying Motions to File New Contentions) (Aug. 6, 2015). Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.341, the petition for review is due August 31, 2015.
SLOMFP requests an extension of time to file its petition for review until September 14, due to an unexpected and serious illness in undersigned counsels immediate family, which requires her full attention for an uncertain period. SLOMFP does not have other counsel to prepare the petition for review.
Counsel for SLOMFP has been authorized to state that PG&E and the NRC Staff do not oppose this motion.
