Location of Meeting:  Jarrett Prairie Center  7993 North River Road Byron, IL 61010 Purpose of Meeting: Provide opportunities to discuss NRC activities, nuclear power issues, and Byron Station performance for  the 2017 calendar year with the public. The NRC's Policy Statement, "Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting.
The policy statement may be found on the NRC website, www.nrc.gov, and contains information regarding visitors and security.
Meeting Category: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The meeting is considered an open house and the public is invited to participate by observing displays, providing comments, and asking questions throughout the open house. NRC Attendees:  E.
