UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 Docket Nos. 50-18 50-70 50-73 50-183 70-754 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-11 AMENDMENT NO. 25 Effective August 27. 2025, Indemnity Agreement No. B-11 between NorthStar Vallecitos, LLC and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 21, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is amended by the deletion of license number DPR-1.
