1843          Turtle NCR            The Reportability Evaluation Worksheet has been completed for NCR 58575 on 58575                  the turtle that died on April 2, 2002. The fatality has been determined to be non casually related to plant operations and is not reportable.

M-W      1900          NCR 59766              The Reportability Evaluation Worksheet for NCR 59766 which documents an issue with an Appendix R fire and the operation of the Controlled Bleed Off valves, MUIV-253 and MUV-259 through MUV-260 has been completed and the condition determined to be not reportable.
