Item S1745 Relief 1843 Turtle NCR 58575 M-W 1900 NCR 59766 MOw 2058 PT-325 MGw 2216 SP-306 Description Assumed the duties of the Superintendent Shift Operations [1444]. Andy Barnes assumes the duties of the Control Room Supervisor [1507].
The Reportability Evaluation Worksheet has been completed for NCR 58575 on the turtle that died on April 2, 2002. The fatality has been determined to be non casually related to plant operations and is not reportable.
The Reportability Evaluation Worksheet for NCR 59766 which documents an issue with an Appendix R fire and the operation of the Controlled Bleed Off valves, MUIV-253 and MUV-259 through MUV-260 has been completed and the condition determined to be not reportable.
Turbine Generator Checks (Monthly) has been completed satisfactorily with the exception of EH accumulator pressure. Accumulator pressures were slightly higher than the acceptable limit is 1250 psig. Per System Engineering LS.
Deahna] it is acceptable to operate with the current accumulator pressures.
Weekly Surveillance Log has been completed satisfactorily.
MOw 2217 RM-A12 The setpoints for the monitor have been adjusted to include the background reading when ARP-lB is in operation. This alleviated the problem with the monitor spiking into warning. A new operator aid has been issued for ARP-1B; the operator aid for ARP-1A is acceptable. The actions the ODCM Table 2-3 are no longer applicable [2206].
