On October 15, 2008, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a Category 1 public meeting with representatives of Northern States Power Company at NRC offices located at 11545, Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of this meeting was to specifically discuss with the NRC staff the licensees proposed approach to address the three issues (steam dryer structural integrity, instrument setpoint methodology, and equipment qualification) set forth in the {{letter dated|date=June 26, 2008|text=June 26, 2008, letter}} to the licensee (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML081770338). The licensee also proposed to give an update regarding grid stability analysis. A list of attendees is provided as Enclosure 1. The licensee=s handout material (Enclosure 2) has been docketed and is publicly available at Accession No. ML082890357.
