By letter dated February 12, 2009 (ADAMS Accession No. ML090500397), Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) submitted a license amendment request for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2. The proposed amendment would eliminate working hour restrictions from Technical Specification (TS) 5.2.2 per Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) Improved Standard Technical Specification Change Traveler, TSTF-511, Revision 0, "Eliminate Working Hour Restrictions from TS 5.2.2 to Support Compliance with 10 CFR Part 26."
