Following a thorough examination of the item of concern, Toledo Edison herein offers information regarding this item, including corrective actions and the iates of corrective action.

Deviation:   Table 6.1-2 of the " Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, Supplement to Environmental Operating Stage" commits the licensee to the collection of airborne particulate sartples weekly at pre-scribed sampling stations.
