[' 'N Appendix A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Toledo Edison Company Docket No. 50-346 Based on the inspection conducted on February 13-16, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were not in accordance with commit-ments, codes, standards, guides or acceptable practices, as noted below.
Table 6.1-2 of the " Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, Supplement to Environmental Report Operating Stage" commits the licensee to the collection of airborne particulate samples weekly at prescribed sampling stations.
Contrary to this commitment, the licensee collected airborne par-ticulate samples intermittently during the period September 20, 1976 through December 13, 1976, at several sample locations.
