The enclosure to this letter is in response to Mr. C. E. Norelius'
letter concerning an inspection of activities at the Duine Arnold Energy Center conducted Apn1 13 - 17,.1981.


The enclosed material is to be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Section 2.790 of the Comission's Regulations.
Lighting: One area of the protected area had the lighting level lower than that which is specified by the security plan.


Our response contained in the enclosure is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
