l Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear l

Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications-set forth in Appendix A

to these licen9es; be amended to revise the Electrical Power System - Shutdown, the A.C.

Distribution

Shutdown, and the D.C.

Distribution j

Shutdown Specifications to more closely resemble the wording contained in the Standard Technical Specifications.

i The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in i

Attachments A to this Application.

A Safety Analysis is set forth in Attachment B.

A No Significant Hazard Evaluation.is set forth in Attachment C.

Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.

WHEREFORE, ' Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to-3 these Operating Licenses be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
