This report, which was originally submitted in Reference (b), has baen revised to address the NRC's comments contained in the draf t technical evaluation report (dated November 23, 1982) and supplemented by the NRC's letter to ESNH (dated December 28, 1982).
The response to RAI 410.21 will be revised in OL Application Amendment 49 to reference the submittal of the enclosed revised report.
