This report, which was originally submitted in Reference (b), has baen revised to address the NRC's comments contained in the draf t technical evaluation report (dated November 23, 1982) and supplemented by the NRC's letter to ESNH (dated December 28, 1982).  ;

The response to RAI 410.21 will be revised in OL Application Amendment 49 to reference the submittal of the enclosed revised report. .
