Dear Mr. Bernard:
In accordance with the September 19, 1983 letter from Cecil O. Thomas to the writer and our telephone conversation of October 3 1983, we have attached a resubmittal of our license renewal request letter. In accordance with 10 CFR 50. 30(b), the letter has been notarized and resubmitted in triplicate. This should take care of item 1 of the Septem'aer 19, 1983 lette r.
On item 3, I have attached a copy of the March 11, 1982 letter from James R. Miller of NRC to Bro. Gabriel Kane of Manhattan College which approves the physical security planfor the facility. This is the same plan which we inadvertently submitted with the Safety Analysis Report.
