Dear Mr. Keppler:
As identified in the above referenced letter the Illinois Power (IP) Executive Vice President assembled a team of personnel to perform an overall assessment of the Quality Assurance Program and implementation as applied to mechanical equipment, piping, pipe supports / restraints and HVAC.
Concerns identified by the Verification Team were documented on the Verification Team Report Matrix.
Corrective action was established for each of the concerns and reviewed for adequacy by both Baldwin Associates Quality Assurance and Illinois Power Quality Assurance.
The final Corrective Action item was re-viewed, accepted and approved for closure on July 18, 1983.
