The report was made at that time be.:ause it was wncluded that the Technical Specifications, Section 317, Paragraph (c) which stated that the i | valves will be set between 985 and 1025 psig was in error. This conclusion was based on the fact that the FSAR (Section 4.3.4, Table 4-4) and Section 2.2 of the Technical Specifications listed the set points with the same numerical values but in pounds per square inch absolute instead of gage. Since that time, it has been concluded that valve set point pressures of between 985 and 1025 psic (or the equivalent absolute pressures) were used in the design, procurement and raalysis of the Palisades Plant. This con-clusion was based on a review of mechanical design information and the set points input into the safety analysis of the Palisades FSAR. | ||
