Emergency Preparedness items identified in the subject Inspection Report were to have been corrected or resolved prior to exceeding 5% reactor power. Most of the items identified in this report were closed by Inspectors J. L. Kreh and A. L. Cunningham in the recent Inspection Report 413/84-54; 414/84-24. Mr. Bill Cline, Section Chief of the Region II Emergency Preparedness Section, in a July 3,1984 conversation with M. E. Bolch, Station Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, stated that due to manpower short-ages, there would be no reinspection of these items until after October 1,1984. Mr. Cline also stated there were no emergency planning issues that would prevent escalation above 5% power.
