The one confirmed positive pre-access test result was reviewed by the Medical Review Officer (MRO) and determined to be acceptable.

NOTE:

As of July 1,1991, Florida Power Corporation performed all pre-access testing of Contractors.

Between the period February 28, 1994 and August 15, 1995, B&W Nuclear Technologies (now Framatome Technologies) performed pre-access testing for B&W personnel under the Fitness for Duty Program as approved by Florida Power Corporation.

This approval was suspended on August 14, 1995 pending resolution of the NEI-coordinated annual FFD audit performed during the week of August 7, 1995. Attached to this report is a letter dated January 18, 1996 confirming that Framatome Technologies conducted no pre-access screening for FPC during the six-month period subject to this report.
