As a result of the inspection conducted on January 13-27, 1986, and.in accordance with the " General Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (1985), the following violations were identified:
Condition No. 24 of Amendment No. 1 of Facility Operating License No. NPF-11 1
l (Unit 1) and Condition No.15 of Facility Operating License No. NPF-18

(Unit 2) require the licensee to maintain in effect all provisions of the j
approved fire protection program for LaSalle Unit I and Unit 2.
As part of their approved fire protection program, the licensee concitted to i
install fire detection and alarm systems in accordance with National Fire 1
Protection Standard No. 720.
Contrary to the above, the licensee failed to install fire detection and alann systems in accordance with the stated requirements in that:
