CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT RE00EST DATED OCTOBER 31, 1988 By letter dated October 31, 1988 Texas Utilities Electric Company recuested an amendinent to License No. ShM-1912 to extend the expiration date. The licensee would continue to operate under the existing license.

This is an administrative change and will not effect the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11),

neither an Environrental Impact Statement nor an Environmental Assessment is warranted for the proposed action.
