BOMB THREAT At 4:35 p.m., on March 24, 1986, the station telephone operator received an outside call from a young male caller who stated, " Bomb planted 305," and hung up. The telephone operator notified the security shift commander and bomb threat procedures were implemented at approximately 4:40 p.m. The licensee then declared an Unusual Event at 4:55 p.m. A search was conducted of accessible vital areas, the protected area, and the owner controlled area.             The searches were complete at approximately 6:20 p.m. with negative results. The Unusual Event was terminated at 6:24 p.m.
