Please find enclosed the Rancho Seco Quality Manual (RSQM). The RSQM replaces the Quality Assurance Program Policy Statements contained in Appendix 128 of the Rancho Seco Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR) and will be submitted per 10 CFR 50.71 with the 1986 USAR update scheduled for July,1987.
