m RANCHO SECO QUALITY MANUAL Ocar Mr. Martin:
Please find enclosed the Rancho Seco Quality Manual (RSQM).
The RSQM replaces the Quality Assurance Program Policy Statements contained in Appendix 128 of the Rancho Seco Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR) and will be submitted per 10 CFR 50.71 with the 1986 USAR update scheduled for July,1987.
The RSQM is a reformating and clarification of the previous Policy Statements and does not constitute a reduction in the Rancho Seco quality program.
Please note that the RSQM reflects the permanent District organization that is currently being implemented.
We respectively request that you review the RSQM and indicate your approval.
