We have completed our evaluation of this event and revision 1 to the subject report is being provided for your review. The report includes the results of our investigations of the tube failure mechanism and identifies corrective actions being taken to assure the long term integrity and operab111ty of the steam generators. The report also includes the findings from our evaluation of the response to plant equipment, personnel and procedures during the event.
