FERMI-2 NUCLEAR POWER PLANT - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC N0, 72053)

By letter dated December 22, 1988 (NRC-88-0247), you applied for an amendment to the Fermi-2 Operating License, No. NPF-43.

The proposed change would have modified the facility Technical Specifications pertaining to the isolation action of the radioactive noble gas monitor on the Turbine Building, Service Building Machine Shop, and Radweste Building ventilation systems during Surveillance Testing.

Subsequently, by letter dated April 5, 1989, (NRC-89-0082), you withdrew the amendment request.

This letter completes NRC action on TAC NO. 72053.
