Alpha-Omega Services, Inc. (AOS) would like to request an amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 9316. The scope of the amendment request is to update the Containment System bolting analysis in Chapter 4. The updated analysis includes an evaluation of a range of torque values for the Cask Lid Attachment Bolts - all models. We are also making some minor editorial changes.
