We are reviewing the letter (Parent-Guarantee of Funds for Decommissioning) dated March 28, 2024 in accordance with the requirements in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 70.25 and NUREG-1757, Volume 3, Revision 1.
We are reviewing the letter (Parent-Guarantee of Funds for Decommissioning) dated March 28, 2024 in accordance with the requirements in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 70.25 and NUREG-1757, Volume 3, Revision 1.
According to 10 CFR 70.25, the licensee must resubmit the decommissioning funding plan (DFP) with the most current information at the time of license renewal and at intervals not to exceed 3 years. In the renewal application dated November 22, 2021, Reuter-Stokes stated in Item 5 that a DFP was submitted to the NREC Region III office on September 15, 2021.
According to 10 CFR 70.25, the licensee must resubmit the decommissioning funding plan (DFP) with the most current information at the time of license renewal and at intervals not to exceed 3 years. In the renewal application dated November 22, 2021, Reuter-Stokes stated in Item 5 that a DFP was submitted to the NREC Region III office on September 15, 2021.
