Dear Ms. Kuhls:
In a letter dated July 31, 2019 signed by Mr. Ihrke, President of Reuter-Stokes, LLC, he notified the NRC of a potential change in the ownership of Reuter-Stokes. Per the letter, we understood when General Electric Company (GE) merged with Baker-Hughes to form Baker-Hughes, a GE company (BHGE), GE has controlled BHGE since July 1, 2017.
However, once GE owns less than 50% of BHGEs voting stock, BHGE will be in control and therefore Reuter-Stokes, LLC will be indirectly controlled by BHGE. The changes, if any, will not affect the NRC license. We also understood that Reuter-Stokes, LLC will notify the NRC and seek NRCs prior consent if BHGE is in control of the parent holding company.
This is to follow up with letter above. Please provide the status of the change in the ownership. Let me know if you have any questions.
