Accession No. ML23096 A299), you submitted a request to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to incorporate Traveler TSTF-576, Revision 2, " Revise Safety/Relief Valve Requirements, into the standard technical specifications.

Accession No. ML23096A299), you submitted a request to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to incorporate Traveler TSTF-576, Revision 2, "Revise Safety/Relief Valve Requirements, into the standard technical specifications.
Section 170.21 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations requires that Travelers are subject to fees based on the full cost of the review. You did not request a fee waiver; therefore, NRC staff hours have been billed accordingly.
