Dear Mr. Null:

The Ohio State University is requesting to have the special nuclear material (items 6,7, and 8) listed on the SNM-732 license be merged with the SNM-1940 license. In order to facilitate this request, please include all conditions, statements, representations, and procedures contained in these documents; including any enclosures (applications dated November 30,1990 and December 1,1994 and letters dated August 29,1994 and September 30,1996) that are currently listed in the SNM-732 license be incorporated in the SNM-1940 license.

Upon issuance of the " merged" SNM-1940 license please terminate the SNM-732 license. If you have any questions please call me at (614) 292-1284.
